At MojIA we collect only the data needed to provide our services properly. Depending on the form or interaction, we may collect:

This Website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning the user or similarly significantly affect them, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Nor does it build behavioural profiles.

The automation and artificial intelligence services MojIA provides to its clients are governed by the contract signed with each of them. In those projects MojIA generally acts as a processor on behalf of the client, who remains the controller, and any decision capable of producing legal effects always retains the human involvement required by law.

You may exercise the following rights:

• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: request deletion of your data.
• Objection: stop receiving communications or prevent certain uses.
• Restriction: ask that data only be stored, not used.

At MojIA we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:

Even so, no system is entirely invulnerable.
